TIME TO CLEAN UP THE STUDIO?
Seth Apter challenged artists to expose themselves - I mean their studios - on September 18, 2014. The photo is to be an "as is" photo without any clean up. Honesty being the best policy. I totally picked my least embarassing corner. I'll be braver next time. http://thealteredpage.blogspot.ca/

Tina Picard's "Artists FACES" project
Catherine was approached by Tina Picard to participate as a volunteer to be photographed for this Ottawa photographer's "Artists FACES" project. Thank you Tina for including me in your art project.
As an artist, Catherine, continues to experiment with different media, new subjects and new painting styles. It is projects like this that give Catherine creative ideas, new journeys in art and make the world of painting exciting. ArtFloor is the brain child of Jesse Lance, an Ottawa entrepreneur who is embellishing his portable flooring concept as a visual feature in "Cocoon Rooms" with the use of original works of art to creatively and beautifully define gathering spaces. Each large format work of art is painted on canvas or wood and beautifully framed and finished with a hard flooring surface for protection and lasting durability.
